PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – Proposed Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission will continue the March 13,2024 public hearing regarding the Riverside 3rd Subdivision. The continued public hearing will be held during their scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 5:15pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commissioners will at this time hear all interested persons regarding the proposed subdivision.

Petitioner is seeking approval of a short plat subdivision of the following described property:

Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block 1 of Riverside Subdivision in Sections 27 & 28, Township 140 N. Range 81 W
Addressed as: 9922 Island Road
