PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – Proposed Zoning Change

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 5:15pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commissioners will at this time hear all interested persons regarding a proposed zoning change.

Petitioners are seeking approval of a zoning change from A-Agricultural to P – Public Use Development for the property described as:

Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 , Section 34, Township 139 Range 78W
Addressed as: 1107 171st Street NE, Menoken, ND

If you are not able to attend this public hearing, you may submit your comments in writing to Burleigh County Building, Planning, Zoning, PO Box 5518, Bismarck, ND 58506-5518, or email at burleighcobuilding@nd.gov. Letters and comments must be received by 8:00 am on July 8 so they may be distributed to the Commissioners before the meeting. Letters and comments received after 8:00 am, July 8, will be distributed at the meeting.

A copy of the request can be reviewed in the Burleigh County Building, Planning and Zoning office, during normal business hours.

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 5:15pm local time in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, ND. The Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commissioners will at this time hear all interested persons regarding a proposed zoning change.

Petitioners are seeking approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a Corn Maze on their property described as:

Glenview Township, W 1/2 E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 24, Range 80
Addressed as: 1725 NE 201st Ave NE, Baldwin, ND 58521
