Welcome to the Project Information page. The linked page contains the current bid opening dates, Proposals, Plans, Addendums and Abstract of bids. Proposals and Plans are free to down load for any Qualified Registered Contractor with the North Dakota Department of Transportation. Most forms will require Acrobat Reader for viewing.

Project information can be found on the Burleigh County Project Website: https://connex.uccs.com/. Contractors will need to complete a one-time registration in order to access current bids and all related materials. For additional information, please contact our office.

Project Priorities

The Burleigh County Highway Department has developed a project priority list for 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and a list of unfunded priorities. In addition, the Highway Department has a separate Gravel Road Construction Program which consists of project priorities that utilize county employees for the construction of the project.
