Leaving Money for Inmates - Money may be deposited into an inmate account by using the self service kiosk located in the detention center lobby.

Visitation - Visitation is held every Tuesday and Thursday (except holidays) from 1-4 pm. All visitors must be dressed appropriately and must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult. A maximum of two visitors allowed per inmate at the visitation station. Each eligible inmate is allowed one 20 minute visit per visitation day. All visitors must have photo identification. Visits do not need to be scheduled in advance; however, visitors can call the day before or the day of to reservice a time slot: (701) 255-3113.

Messages for inmates - To leave a message for an inmate, please call the inmate message line at (701) 354-3292. To contact Reliance Telephone call 1-800-896-3201.

Phone Time - Only phone time purchased through Reliance can be used in the Detention Center. If you wish to purchase a phone time for an inmate you may do so by either calling Reliance Telephone at 1-800-896-3201, going to www.reliancetelephone.com, or by putting cash into an inmate account so the inmate can purchase a phone time.

** Clothing left for inmates must be approved by Detention Staff. **

** No items may be left for inmates who are transported in from DOCR for court or if they have been ordered to serve their sentence at DOCR. **

** US Marshall Inmates are not allowed to take any personal items with them when they are transported; therefore, only medically necessary items will be accepted. **

Razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, comb, and feminine products are provided to the inmate.

Eyeglasses/Contacts Contact solution may be purchased by the inmate through commissary.
Inmate Mail Mail for inmates must be mailed to the facility. No messages can be left over the counter.
Bible/Books Only self-help, educational and/or religious material. Must be soft cover.
Dentures Denture cream may be purchased by the inmate through commissary.
Prescription Medication May be brought in 24 hours a day.
Money (cash) May be brought in 24 hours a day and deposited in the lobby kiosk.
No Pencils or Pens Pencils are provided.
No Photographs  
No Cell Phones  
No Hats  
No Excess Luggage  
No Packages of any Type
