Public Input Meeting - Proposed Improvements To Three Burleigh County Structures

Public Input Meeting to be held on March 6 to discuss Proposed Improvements to three Burleigh County structures.

An In-person Meeting will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Central Time on March 6, 2024 at Apple Creek Elementary School located at 2000 93rd St SE, Bismarck, ND. The Public Input Meeting will utilize an open house format with no formal presentation.

Materials will be available on the NDDOT website at, click "Public Input Meetings" under the News and Events tab.  

The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to three bridge structures maintained by Burleigh County Highway Department. The project consists of bridge replacement on Apple Creek Road, 1/2 miles east of 80th Street SE; bridge replacement on 236th Street SE, 1/2 miles south of Lincoln Road; and bridge removal on 102nd Ave SE, 1/2 mile east of US Hwy 83. The Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. Representatives from NDDOT, Burleigh County, and KLJ Engineering will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

If unable to attend the Public Input Meeting, written statements or comments must be postmarked or emailed by March 21, 2024 to Adam McGill, KLJ Engineering, 400 E Broadway Ave., Suite 600, Bismarck, ND 58501 or email: with “Public Input Meeting” in the letter heading or e-mail subject.

NDDOT will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:
