We're open for business and promoting alternate communications. If you have business to conduct with Burleigh County, contact the Department directly for instructions. Effective 1 PM March 20, 2020, the Burleigh County Courthouse is restricting public access due to COVID-19. If you have business to conduct with any department located in the Courthouse, contact them for instructions regarding alternate communications (phone, mail, website, email, drop box).

All other access will be screened and entrance prohibited if you exhibit any of the following:

•Temperature of 100.3° or higher (temperature taken at entrance by staff)
•Coughing
•Shortness of breath
