Fireworks Display Permit

ND Century Code dictates that every application for a permit must be made in writing at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the date of the display; however, due to regularly scheduled Burleigh County Commission Meeting dates and time for review, Burleigh County requests applications at least thirty (30) days in advance of the display.
